Why doesnt Energy level up with your HP, i think it's stupid that it doesnt rise with HP / levels.

because it is the elementalists primary which is boosted by putting attribute points into *ENERGY STORAGE*

not stupid just good balance of game

The energy costs of skills are a constant. That's why you don't gain more energy with each level.
